By downloading, compiling, or using Resume Studio and its associated web marketplace services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Open Source Desktop Software License
The Resume Studio desktop binary and source code are released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and compile resumes for personal and commercial applications without paying royalties.
3. Template Marketplace Contributions
Users who upload LaTeX templates to the Template Marketplace must hold the intellectual rights to the designs they contribute. You agree not to upload malicious macros, obfuscated LaTeX code, or infringing material. All official templates provided by Resume Studio are free and open-source.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Resume Studio is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or contributors be liable for any claim, damages, compilation failures, or lost job opportunities arising from the software or templates.
